・ There are no walls, partitions, or roofs in the exhibition booth. The ground can be grass or asphalt pavement. Only the site will be provided.

・ Companies are requested to prepare their own tents and desks required for exhibiting. A separate fee will be charged for rental.
・ The contents of the exhibition are free, but it is prohibited to violate public order and morals. In addition, we may decline if we judge that it is not suitable for the D1 Grand Prix or Itasha Cosplay Event.
・ Logos other than competitions related to the D1 Grand Prix and logos of the host organization cannot be posted without permission.

・ Food and drink cannot be sold.

・ The event will be held in the rain on both days.

・ If the D1 event is canceled due to a disaster such as stormy weather or an earthquake, or due to the influence of the coronavirus, this event will also be cancelled.

・ Refunds will not be accepted in case of cancellation after transfer due to the convenience of the exhibiting company. Please note.

・ A cancellation fee (100%) will be charged from one week before the date of the event.
