About cosplay entry
It will be a cosplay event at the historic Tsukubasan Shrine!
We hope you will enjoy it even more during the fall foliage season.

茨城県つくば市にある由緒正しき神社にて行われる節分祭です。
当日は地域の方々が行う催し物や伝統芸能、また屋台等も出店します。
今回は季節ごとに表情を変える素晴らしいロケーションを見て今後の撮影に活かしてもらいたい為、またお祭り期間中で人でもある為、コスプレイベントとして貸し切りの状態ではないため条件付きではありますがコスプレ参加費を「無料」とさせていただきました。
大河ドラマの「篤姫」や「龍馬伝」、その他多くのテレビドラマの撮影地として今でも使用されている場所になります。

◆ Participation fee (common to cosplayers and photographers)
Participation fee 2,500 yen
Advance purchase is required on the ticket purchase page.
Participation on the day may be refused.
◆ About cosplay costumes and shooting
Costumes with black hair that can be mistaken for those who work at a shrine, such as a shrine maiden, are prohibited. (Please feel free to contact us for inquiries about costumes)
When taking a photo, please be careful not to let people who come to worship appear in the photo. Also, when uploading to SNS, please be careful about the reflection of the general public.
The cameraman's equipment is limited to one stepladder and two tripods (there may be a limit of one when crowded).
Weapons and props can be used as long as there are no people around and there is no danger at the time of shooting. However, we may refuse to use the shrine if we receive complaints from people who come to visit the shrine. Also, please prepare a bag to hide your weapon while moving.
Flashy attractions and performances are prohibited.

From Tsukuba Express Line "Tsukuba Station" Take the Tsukuba Shuttle Bus "Tsukuba Center" (the bus stop in front of the station) and get off at "Tsukubasan Shrine Entrance"

Those who come by car
If you are driving, please use the parking lot at Tsukubasan Shrine. (Parking fee is not included in the participation fee, so please pay separately)
If the parking lot at Tsukubasan Shrine is full, please park at a nearby toll parking lot. (Please do not park in the Tsukuba Grand Hotel parking lot except at the reception)
◆ About reception and changing rooms
About reception
At the time of those arriving by car accepted, please park your car on the opposite side of the parking lot across the front of the hotel road.
Tsukuba Grand Hotel We have a JPS reception desk in the lobby.
Please note that the reception is not at the hotel reception.
At the time of reception, please complete the reception by following the procedure in " ◆ About reception on the day of the event " below .
Please receive your participation certificate at the reception.
* The staff may check the participation certificate at the venue.
About the changing room
We have one guest room (Japanese-style room), which is a women's changing room.
* 3 To avoid crowding, we will limit the number of people to use.
Also, as a three-csity measure, those who come by car will be able to change clothes in the car after reception.
When changing clothes inside the car, please be careful not to see it from outside the car.
◆ Notes
The venue is not reserved on the day of the event. Please give priority to general worshipers and take care not to cause any inconvenience.

In addition, men are not allowed to dress as women at this event.
◆ Notes on purchasing tickets
Tickets are purchased one by one.
A system fee will be charged when purchasing a ticket.
Due to the system, there is a time limit (20 minutes) for filling out the application form.
A cancellation fee (100%) will be charged from one week before the date of the event.
