It will be a cosplay event at the historic Tsukubasan Shrine!
We hope you will enjoy it even more during the fall foliage season.

* Mt. Tsukuba Shrine is the gateway to Mt. Tsukuba.

Please note that there are many climbers due to the autumn leaves season.

◆ About the shooting area

Mount Tsukuba Shrine
Ropeway (mountain road to Miyawaki station and nearby)

It is not possible to shoot on the main hall floor, in front of the main hall, or inside the worship hall.

◆ Participation fee (common to cosplayers and photographers)

Participation fee 2,500 yen

Advance purchase is required on the ticket purchase page.

Participation on the day may be refused.

◆ About reception and changing rooms

About reception

At the time of those arriving by car accepted, please park your car on the opposite side of the parking lot across the front of the hotel road.

Tsukuba Grand Hotel We have a JPS reception desk in the lobby.

Please note that the reception is not at the hotel reception.

At the time of reception, please complete the reception by following the procedure in " ◆ About reception on the day of the event " below .

Please receive your participation certificate at the reception.

* The staff may check the participation certificate at the venue.

About the changing room

We have one guest room (Japanese-style room), which is a women's changing room.

* 3 To avoid crowding, we will limit the number of people to use.

Also, as a three-csity measure, those who come by car will be able to change clothes in the car after reception.

When changing clothes inside the car, please be careful not to see it from outside the car.

From Tsukuba Express Line "Tsukuba Station" Take the Tsukuba Shuttle Bus "Tsukuba Center" (the bus stop in front of the station) and get off at "Tsukubasan Shrine Entrance"

Those who come by car

If you are driving, please use the parking lot at Tsukubasan Shrine. (Parking fee is not included in the participation fee, so please pay separately)

If the parking lot at Tsukubasan Shrine is full, please park at a nearby toll parking lot. (Please do not park in the Tsukuba Grand Hotel parking lot except at the reception)

◆ワクチン接種証明もしくはPCR検査結果（陰性証明）提示のお願い

オミクロン株の感染急拡大を懸念し、ワクチン接種証明もしくはPCR検査結果（陰性証明）、証明書が本人のものであるかを確認するための本人確認書類の提示を受け付け時にお願いいたします。

ワクチン接種証明：２回目の接種日が開催日より２週間以上前であることを確認します。以下のうちいづれか一点で構いません。
- 原本（コピー可）
- 原本またはコピーをスマートフォン等で撮影した画像（きちんとピントが合っていて、名前と接種日の確認が可能なもの）
- ワクチン接種証明が可能なアプリ（TOKYOワクションアプリや政府の新型コロナワクチン接種証明書アプリ）
PCR検査結果（陰性証明）：新型コロナワクチンを接種できない方、新型コロナワクチンを接種してから2 週間が経過していない方は、開催日 3日前内（72時間前）に採取された検体を用いたPCR 検査の結果証明を入場時に確認します。以下のうちいづれか一点で構いません。
- 検査機関から発行された紙の証明書（原本、コピー可）
- メール等の電子媒体での検査結果
- 検査結果や検査結果メールを印刷したもの
- 検査結果や検査結果メールをスマートフォン等で撮影した画像（きちんとピントが合っていて、名前と検査日、陰性確認が可能なもの
本人確認書類
- 運転免許証
- 保険証
- パスポート

◆ Notes

The venue is not reserved on the day of the event. Please give priority to general worshipers and take care not to cause any inconvenience.
In addition, please check " Notes on events " in " Event rules ".

In addition, men are not allowed to dress as women at this event.

◆ About cosplay costumes and shooting

Costumes with black hair that can be mistaken for those who work at a shrine, such as a shrine maiden, are prohibited. (Please feel free to contact us for inquiries about costumes)
When taking a photo, please be careful not to let people who come to worship appear in the photo. Also, when uploading to SNS, please be careful about the reflection of the general public.
The cameraman's equipment is limited to one stepladder and two tripods (there may be a limit of one when crowded).
Weapons and props can be used as long as there are no people around and there is no danger at the time of shooting. However, we may refuse to use the shrine if we receive complaints from people who come to visit the shrine. Also, please prepare a bag to hide your weapon while moving.
Flashy attractions and performances are prohibited.
In addition , please check " About costumes " and " About shooting " in " Event rules ".

◆ Notes on purchasing tickets

Tickets are purchased one by one.
A system fee will be charged when purchasing a ticket.
Due to the system, there is a time limit (20 minutes) for filling out the application form.
A cancellation fee (100%) will be charged from one week before the date of the event.
Please note that the refund fee will be borne by the customer when refunding.
